Publications tied to an event are a great way to highlight the accomplishments of individuals and organizations in a particular industry, but there are a lot of moving parts that require a team effort.
Our event-driven publication management process is comprehensive. It starts with creating criteria to qualify honorees. We then create promotional language around the nomination form to solicit nominees. A selection committee then reviews all submissions and selects to the top honorees, notifying each via phone and clearly explaining their involvement moving forward.
Working with a team of freelancers and photographers, we profile each honoree and coordinate with our designer to create a layout to highlight each personalized bio. During this time, we’re also promoting reservations for the recognition event, which includes prepare scripts to present each honoree and an accompanying video presentation.
